Amazon is trying to make me feel better about our impending divorce (I'm giving up Prime due to their use of OnTrac as a shipper). The coffee I ordered is broken (k-cup) but, as it turns out, is also non-returnable.
After so many happy Amazon years, it's so sad to see the end in view.

***Portlandia, Move over... there's a new town in kid(ding)
This first episode is good. A little less earnest than Portlandia and a little more funnier than Almost Live was back in the day. I do hope they can keep it up.

I have a house cleaner who comes every other week. Chef Anita comes the first and third Tuesdays. Every once in a while the calendar aligns where, for a month or so, I have a whole week with nobody here. I like that a lot. This is such a week.

An open schedule. Except for my Tuesday 1 pm conf call. And a Wednesday measuring visit from Sheri and the cabinet maker.

This morning my Tuesday conf call got moved to Wednesday at 1:30. I love this because it means I don't have to bug out of swim class early. My favorite teacher is only teaching on Tuesdays this quarter and I hate that I have to leave early every week. So this week I don't.

But, of course, 1:30 is exactly when Sheri and her guy are coming. Murphy.

----

I feel pretty good today. I felt good yesterday, too. Last night I went searching for the DVD remote and the search involved getting down on the floor several times to look under the chair. Down, back up to get flashlight, down, back up to move around to the back, down to get the damn thing. When I got done, I was totally out of breath. totally. But, I felt fine.

I wish I could better describe how not fine feels but at least I am definitely seeing a distinct difference between not fine and out of breath. They sometimes overlap but not always.

Then Sheri books 1:30 Wednesday

A month without Jeopardy! arugh. I hate hate hate those stupid tournaments. The Tournament of Champions is ok but the rest are just annoying fillers. Oh well, I'll fill in with House Hunters.
