My calves are better. My nose isn't bleeding. I'm breathing fine and seeing good. I think I'll declare victory.

The pool opens at 11 and my plan is to be there and ready for the thumbs up that the lifeguard gives when it's ok to get in.

And that's about it for the day. I got books to read and internet to explore and TV to watch and bears to knit.

I had a great session at the pool. I did my usual jogging and arm/weight work and did about 5 laps and then grabbed the noodle to walk on it for a while and BAM - ouch! Yep, the noodle is also, apparently, good for calf muscles! On Saturday after class, I did spend about 15-20 minute of solid noodle stuff. So that's what caused the problem on Sunday.

Good to know that's what caused it and good to know that the noodle walking makes a difference.
