I have this account because a few of the people I follow moved over here and I wanted to keep reading their journals. I will not be writing here. Just reading.

Alternatively you could write here, and crosspost automatically to livejournal. That's what most people do who want to keep a presence in both places.

And for you, and a handful of others, I will continue to come over to LJ to read and post the occasional comment. I get not wanting to keep a presence in two places. I only started cross posting about 4 months ago, even though I've had the dreamwidth account for about 3 or 4 years

My concern is that I and a large number of other LGBT bloggers are soon to have our journals either censored or disappeared altogether. I had that concern when the LJ was sold, and again when the servers got moved. The recent TOS we were all asked to sign was a last straw for many. I'm sure you've already heard/read much of this.

What I have recently found, is my reading page on dreamwidth is now starting to rival my friends page on LJ for activity. If you in particular started cross posting, it would clearly be larger. (I'm not pushing here. Just noting the change in usage.). I had been urging a number of folks to get a dreamwidth account incase LJ becomes untenable. Now that it looks to many it isn't if, but when, I'm concerned about being able to follow the people I follow, which my dear, very much includes you.

Also FYI yours (Susan) is the main reason that I check LJ on a daily basis. Wherever it is you are updating, I'm glad you're doing it!

Susan's LiveJournal is syndicated over here, if you want to add the feed. Since her posts are all (or mostly?) public, the activity transfers over fine. :)

*waves* Hi! Totally understood. I am glad you have it because it means I can give you access to the friends-only posts, which is nice. :)
