Belated but sighted

It was volleyball this morning and then I had to get some breakfast and get dressed and get to my eye appointment which turned out to be tomorrow. But, I can't do it tomorrow. So the really exceptionally nice receptionist worked me in even after I told her I was fine with rescheduling. It was the elongated clicker test - when you see the thing hit the clicker. 5 mins in each eye. Then the puff in each eye. The doctor I had seen before was not in so I got a new one that I actually like much better. The net is that there is still suspicious stuff but nothing that screams. I have to redo in a month. This is my life, I think.

BUT, it's painless. The office is easy to get to, plenty of parking, very pleasant. The staff is efficient and there is never very much waiting, even today when I was a surprise for them. And my co pay, so far, is $0. And my insurance will cover any co pays or extra eye doctor charges up to $250.

And it's not the dentist. So no big deal at all.

The TV I want is on sale but not on sale enough yet. I have a price and when it gets there, I'll buy regardless. If not, I'll wait til my ship comes in. But, I check several times a day.

Nothing big on tap. I've done it already this morning. There's a new puzzle. I have a new book started. There is TV and crocheting and knitting. The good life!

i'm actually looking at amazon and everywhere else but thanks for the tip. actually if i remember correctly camelcamel does more than just amazon. but i kind of like the click and hunt.

I hate that clicker test because I get bored and stop paying attention and end up missing lights and not clicking when I should click.

It's like a video game to me! The guy who does my test says the really old people fall asleep and it takes forever.
