Today's humor...

Remember the fuckchop who wanted to 'discuss' the spreadsheet last Thursday? Well, today we discussed and finally he sent me the fucking thing... 12:30 p.m. today. And it contained no street addresses. This is for a direct MAIL campaign. I have the nicest, most easy to get along with, flexible, willing mail carrier in the entire country and even he insists on street addresses.

And that was the highlight of the day. Our mail server got hit with some kind of ugly blast and we didn't have mail for most of the day. One of our DNS routers went kaflooey and we had no internet connection for most of the morning.

Visio blew up on my org chart.

It is one of those days that is so bad, it's just not worth getting into a twit over. Plus, I'm outtahere in a hour.

The latest book by one of my favorite authors arrived today and it is really fat! Happy day. If you like a good thriller - one of those you can't even put down to go get something to drink for fear something will happen to one of your favorite characters - read one of John Nance's novels. They are all excellent but if you want to give one a go, try Medusa's Child or Pandora's Clock.

Tampa Bay has a stadium with a roof so the torrential rains are not messing with my baseball game.

Tampa Bay just let us tie the game in the 7th.

That cool, wet weather is still in the forecast for next week.

I love my jigsaw puzzles.

I just discovered that the img command in HTML has a vspace and an hspace option to give you clearance around pictures!! If you stick a vspace=10 and/or hspace=10 in between img and src, you will get 10 pixels of blank space around the whole image! I never saw this before. I'm delighted.
