Week 35 - strength

I'm happy to report that my body hurts way less today than it has since Saturday.  And my knee remains healed. 

I went through all of Rosie's exercises - I only did one set.  I do not want to kill myself again.  On Thursday, the next strength day, I'll probably do more.  I really lost a lot of ground in 4 weeks off.  Remind me not to do that again.

The gym was packed.  Very packed .  On a Tuesday.  Weird.  There were some new faces.  There was one new woman who was in the weight room.  I cannot imagine anyone - male or female - who could look at her and not think 'hot'.  She was fun to watch.  But I only have 3 exercises in the weight room.  If she comes back, maybe I'll move a couple more out there.

Bait and switch cat style

Last night as I was falling asleep, Betty came up and snuggled in next to me and put her head on my shoulder.  This morning when I woke up, before I opened my eyes, I could feel her still there and I was astounded.  Usually she does not stay long.  I opened my eyes and yep, it was Travis!  In the same position she had been.  Nice of them to take shifts.

Tedious Tuesday

Work today was just work.  Sometimes making web page changes is fun and interesting and sometimes it's just tedious today was tedious.

But, I managed to get to the end of my bug queue right at 5 pm - nice.  It's like when you come out even on your meat and potatoes at dinner   Very satisfying.

No big news since my head was down all day.  Everything is good.  Another evening of junk TV and teddy knitting.  Life is good.
