Gym Report - cardio
Jul. 23rd, 2008 09:37 am30 minutes on the treadmill. Today I tried the second built in program called Intervals. It goes flat then spiked up elevation then flat then spike up higher then flat, etc. Very doable and interesting. There are three other programs. I only need three of them to be good then I can assign one for each treadmill day of the week!
Today there was news on the TV in front of me and I as watching the crawl when a woman came in and put all of her stuff on the stair machine in front of me and proceeded to get the remote and change the channel to some infomercial. She totally forgot that step where you ask other people watching if they minded. Totally forgot. Then she did the stair machine for a cool 10 minutes and wandered away. Anything you want to know about this chinsey looking sandwich machine? I would have asked her to change it back to the news but I was so shocked by the whole thing that I was rendered speechless.
