My tennis elbow is driving me nuts. It's not debilitating but it will not go away either. I've been wrapping it in the ice wrap thingie but that's not getting it so this morning I wramped up the icing and it is now enveloped in a world of heavenly cool.
I'll keep this on for 20 mins and then repeat it again sometime this afternoon. And I'm trying not to use it. It's my right arm and I need it for typing and knitting but otherwise, I'm working hard to pretend it is off duty.
I know it can heal because I had a horrible bout with it about 5 years ago and that fixed itself so I'm hopeful that with some concentrated care this, too, will get fixed.
Otherwise, it's my gym morning off and I'm enjoying it.
The Puppy Bowl party was fun yesterday. I think Matthew and Barbara enjoyed the actual puppy bowl more than I did but I enjoyed having them here so much that it all evened out. They took turns entertaining Travis and Betty with the laser pointer. Those cats will never ever ever tire of that thing but last night, after their dinner, they did not go to sleep, they fell into a coma! They were two kitties thoroughly worn out by the puppy bowl!
The sun is out this morning and the parking lot is full of caravan trailers and boats from the boat show.
I need to make a teddy bear miscellaneous animal delivery this morning or tomorrow morning (they are only open 9-noon). I'll probably go ahead and do it today. Work has yet to come in - might as well take advantage of the time.
