Gym Report

Hot. Today starts a week of sunshine frying hot - here in my living room but also in the gym. I got there early enough today but, note to self: make sure you are done by 9. That's when the sun is on the treadmills.

I did 28 minutes at 2.9 - rolling elevation. I quit early because I was bored to tears and the sun was out and I have work to do and I have to go deliver the bears. I spent from minutes 26-28 compiling that list, btw.

Gym Report

Monday

Today was flower of the month delivery day. He usually comes before lunch but today at 3:30, I spied last month's vase and realized I had not gotten the delivery. Kind of amusing since just last week I decided to change florists next year. (If I decide to give myself flowers of the month again for Christmas.)

Then, at 3:40, there he was with THE best arrangement yet. I have no clue what any of it is but I love, love, love it. If the rest of the year is like this, I'm going to have a bit of a florist decision crisis.



Nothing else particularly outstanding one way or the other about today. It's hot and without the A/C, I would be miserable. I love that little cold air blow job so so so much. He's a stalwart soldier in my war against heat.

Work was a little frustrating today but more of the hangnail variety than the guillotine.

Tomorrow is Chef Anita day. Tonight is baseball and knitting and keeping cool. This journal is so boring when I'm hot. And I don't mean that in a wolf whistle look at those jugs kind of way.
