Nothing happening... Nice

I found out last week about a new-ish pool about 30 minutes north of here in a town called Linnwood. It's a public pool ($4 for 62+) and Fan-cy! They have a river - a 3.5 ft deep water resist to walk, run, swim through. I'm going to have to make a little field trip up there to check it out. Kyle (the guy who teaches my tues/thurs class) says that the pool 15 minutes south of here will be fancy like Linnwood. They dug up and are redoing the whole pool south of here. It should be open by this time next year.

I found a fun stream for my internet radio - it's called NPR Remix and, apparently, it's a 24/7 random-ish stream of miscellaneous pieces on public radio. I listened to an hour of it this morning and got a good 60 minutes of interesting tidbits.
I bought Jane Fonda's new DVD. It's yoga bits for old peops. There are about 5 10 minute sessions that any fool can do. I've watched a couple, done none - so far... but getting the DVD and getting it into the player should count for something. I thought it would be good to stretch out and be smart about it. Now I just need to get on the floor and hit play.
I should be able to work that into the schedule soonish.
My IBM pension is finally set up! I haven't seen the $$ yet but the website finally has gone from 'info not available' to reflecting my correct deposit info and acknowledgement that no payment has been received yet. I'm guessing that on January 1, I should get December and January's payment. $1,000 a month - not a king's ransom but not chicken feed either. As it turns out, its exactly my mortgage payment.
The other December 1 thing that was to have happened - my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens - is still not happening. I'm ever so glad I got everything refilled in November. By the end of January - next refill time, hopefully, they'll be ready.
