I have a nail appointment at 10:30. So I need to be out of the pool by 10. So in order to make sure I have enough time to do my 2000 yards, I need to leave here by 8:25. But... I think probably I'll leave earlier. I have a couple of errands I can do between swim and nails.
Then I'll probably stop and get a pizza since, by the, Papa Murphy's will be open.
Tomorrow, I need to find another pool. I'm thinking LA Fitness in Ballard. It's actually closer but involves going through the middle of town or sitting in traffic on the interstate. Looking at the traffic map right now, however, it doesn't look too bad. Wonder what the pool traffic is like? Guess I'll find out tomorrow!
I never got a call from the flu clinic manager yesterday which was kind of a relief. I was pretty sure it was going to piss me off just to talk to her. Bullet dodged. My flu shot arm was fairly sore yesterday. But this morning, it's fine and dandy. Here's hoping it works. I'd really love not to get the flu.
I've got 11 bears done and I think I can get one more finished by Friday so whew on a respectable dozen.
So that's today. Swim, nails, bears. I'm still backed up on TV because of baseball. I did watch the two Fox sitcoms last night Grinder and Grandfathered. Neither sucked horribly and both have an opportunity to get watchable. I like having 30 minute shows available. 4 more baseball games and then I can get to regular TV watching.
Then I'll probably stop and get a pizza since, by the, Papa Murphy's will be open.

Sep. 30th, 2015 12:46 pmWhen I got to the pool this morning, the signs that it will be closed Thursday and Friday were up at the front desk and the pool. I swam. When I got out, the sign at the pool was gone. When I got to the front desk the front desk person snagged me right away to tell me that the closure was pretty much canceled. She said I should call in the morning but it looks like the pool will not be closed at all! YEAH!!
On to the drugstore and then I realized I could walk to the nails place so I did. I was early and they were running late so it took forever BUT, they are so very nice and the place, while not at all fancy, is just comfortable so fine. Plus there was a lady at the next door station who was fun so ... fun.
Then on to the grocery store where they did not have any freezer paper. It's a bigish Safeway but they never seem to have the one item I really want.
Then on to Papa Murphy's where I decided to go big and got a cowboy instead of my usual elcheapo pepperoni fav. There will be big eatin' here tonight!
Now I home. First lunch. Then bear knitting.
