I got thread after my swim and then got donuts. I drove by Krispy Kreme the other day and was in the next block when the 'mmmmm I haven't had any KK in way too long'. So today, I decided to fix that problem.
I have very pedestrian tastes in donuts. Gimme the plain old glazed. And in cakes. White plz with vanilla butter cream frosting. (Feel free to add color to the frosting but leave the taste alone, plz.) You get just as many calories with plain as you do with fancy. I've learned.
Sewing non-dolls makes a ginormous mess. I spent a half hour last night cleaning up after jacket sewing. Doll sewing takes 5 mins to get the room back in order. Weird. I think I'm going to make one more shirt before I go back to dolls this week. My current doll inventory is rich enough to allow this without guilt.
Today's (and tomorrow's which is weird) baseball is in the afternoon. Last night I watched most of the documentary that Anderson Cooper did with his mother. It was kind of interesting. I'll finish it off tonight.
The sun is out and it's seriously warming up so the shades are down in hopes of keeping the house as cool as possible for as long as possible but I'm pretty sure the air conditioner will be pulled into service before the end of the week.
