Over Achieving

susandennisI doubled down on the restaurant reservations and hit major success - I actually may have overdone it. He might have read my last entry and been a little worried. Fear not.
He says that his visits are always divided into two parts - eating and discussing where we are going to eat next. He's not wrong. He's a fabulous sport and willing to try most anything. And he enjoys dining out like I do. I use his visits as an excuse to try new places and revisit old ones.
He arrives on Thursday and will be here until the following Wednesday. So now we have reservations for Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Plus we need to leave room for Kura sushi and a new brunch place downtown. Oh and the Dough House (Japanese). See what I mean? He may need to change his return to stay longer!
But the major headline news is I dug out an old ergonomic back pillow and it has made a HUGE difference in my neck situation. Weird but I am so grateful.
One of the Mariner new guys just hit a grand slam home run in the 1st inning. I love baseball. Game is on, Biggie's napping in my lap, time to pick up the crochet hook and wallow in my happy place.
