On the up side, PetSmart has fast free delivery. I ordered Saturday and it all arrived today.

And it's all wrong. It's what I ordered but I ordered wrong. I wanted pouches and I got cans. I hate cans. Plus they are the big cans. Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck.

I am an idiot.

But the wonderful FedEx delivery guy knocked hard twice "because I didn't want you to have to carry these in, they are heavy" and then he proceeded to put them all on my credenza so I could reach them easily.

Apparently he has a soft spot for idiots. Fuck.

I have heard good things about PetSmart's customer service - if you really really hate the cans, you might see if you can return it and swap it out? Especially if the website was wonky and you ended up with 2 orders?

Interesting. I have heard nothing but bad things about their customer service. But, good to know there are two sides. if it were a lighter weight item, I'd consider but I was stupid and deserve to pay the price. I have 6 months worth of cat food and they had better damn like it!! hahahaa Hopefully, by Christmas, I can get back to my beloved pouches.
