Wait, what?

susandennisFirst I got an email saying my Capitol One account was locked because of too many failed attempts. WTF? I'd logged in there this morning,np. Tried it and, yep, sure enough, I was toast.
So I called. Claudette had this voice singsong voice but she was a great listener and got right to biz. She said that someone was trying to use my username but clearly did not know the password. It took a bunch of tries for me to get back into the account on the website but my thumb got me right in on the phone. She suggested I change my username by just adding a letter or number. So I did and then couldn't log back in. She was so very patient.
Finally, I got it all fixed and said thankyou and goodbye.
And then verified everything and tested out last pass and google passwords and reinstalled the Capital One app. It was not a fun process but it was soooo much better with Claudette.
I sure hope they send me a survey. I need to tell them how great she was.
Just as I finished up all of that, I got a text from Frank and found out he's going to get a season ticket to the Press Club next year and sit next to me for 20 games!!! It might be in place of Ray (my current seat mate) in group A games or which ever one of the other three groups my second ticket will be in.
The Press Club is sold out. Everyone got a bill for their seats for next year. The bills are due Labor Day weekend. So... until they don't pay, Ty really doesn't know which seats will be available.
He told me that if he got an early cancellation, he'd lock us in but otherwise we have to wait to see how it shakes out.
But, I do know that for half my games, Frank will be my seatmate and that's beyond cool.
So it's been a kind of wild and rollarcoaster day here.
I was right in the middle of an episode of And Just Like That when this Capital One bit started.
Now I think I'll go do a lap in the hall and maybe check the mail before I pick it up again.
