Today Seattle is just at the boarderline between good air and Watch Out. Tomorrow it's predicted to go right to Don't Go Outside If You Have Lung Issues. And as I typed that sentence I got an Air Quality Alert. So I think I'll make a trip to Uwajimaya today for food for today and tomorrow and Monday. I can get to the pool and back fairly safely - car in garage, AC to pool garage and then back. But other than that, I'll be inside if you need me.

I had the pool to myself for the first half of my swim today and then BAM, someone must have run ghe EVERYONE IN THE POOL bell because it filled up fast. And, as I finished, one of the regulars was waiting for my spot. I expect tomorrow to be the same.

The ballgame is at 4. We're playing Houston and they are a hard team to beat. We did yesterday but it's probably too much to ask to beat them today. But, I'm hopeful.

Nothing else really going on. My gout is still gout-y but far less so than it was. I think it will be gone by tomorrow. Whew.

Haha, I'm reading this right after I got home from QFC. I didn't really need to go to the store until tomorrow, but I saw the smoke forecast and decided this morning was the best time to leave the house this weekend. I have my windows open now, but as soon as my inside temp reaches the outside temp of 65 I'm closing up the house and turning on my furnace fan. We put in a new, extra thick filter this spring in anticipation of smokey days.
