susandennisThe waiting list money is on the way from the financial adviser. That should all be in place by the end of the week. It was a weird conversation but as long as I get the $ I'm ok with weird.
The realtor came and was GREAT. He said to get rid of all the stuff (ha! that was my plan!) and then we'd decide about what furniture to keep and what to get rid of and then paint it all white. Ugh but I get it. I sure hope by that point, my new home will be ready. I don't want to be here when it is on the market. That's going to be some tricky timing.
I did learn that these units are now, once again, sellable. There was a time for more than a few months where because of the roof damage, no one would issue a mortgage but now that the fix is fully financed, they are, once again, mortgageable. Although Bret did indicate it might not be smart to list it until the poles have been removed from the terrace. I'm not sure when that will be.
He said it would sell and likely for more than I expect. So yeah!
And it sounds like the Mariners may well buy my next year ticket package back from me. The weird sales guy said that he'd talk to his boss and get back to me this week.
I did get to the market and to the yarn shop. So now I'm set for food and entertainment.
Bill got home or at least to Austin safely. It looks like he is on the road to home now.
