And the final chapter starts
Sep. 15th, 2023 08:42 amToday is trash day. I'm going to start with the kitchen and then go to closet 1 in the bedroom and start tossing. I only want to clean out hidden spaces at this point. Stuff behind cabinet doors. There's a possibility that two different people, for two different reasons might come look at the place and my stuff to see what they want and having it in situ is best for that. But, closets and cupboards and drawers which are stuffed, can be emptied.
And that starts today. Some is going to be oh so easy peasy - I do not need a million bandaids. Some is going to be tough. I am good at tossing but I have strains of whatifIneedthatoneday. I'm going to use the Noah's ark rule of some stuff - keep two, toss the rest.
I'll empty out the cat's bedroom closet first and then use it to house the stuff I'm taking with me.
Tonight is a Press Club night at the Mariners game. My last until the final week of September when I have the final two of the regular season.
It's interesting how I am coming to think of everything now. The Press Club Mariner games have been such joy in so very many ways. I would not trade a second of them but instead of being sad about the end of them, I'm looking forward to squeezing the delight out of every second left. Instead of being sad about the last time I will do xxx or see xxx or have xxx, I'm very focused on the new adventures at Timber Ridge. And very focused on whew, I won't ever have to do xxx again or now I can stop fretting about xxx since I'll be leaving it behind.
I'm even having trouble continuing to hate The Tree That I Hate. Nope. Not true. Lose those damn leaves now so I can at least say goodbye to my stalk-ees across the street!
And I'm really looking forward to having less stuff. So I'm going to get on that right this minute.
