I did get a voice mail (my phone did not ring) from the original guys 1 hour and 45 minutes after their window ended and 45 minutes after they got here. The voice mail said they would be here in 10 minutes. It cracked me up.

I also got a response to my review. They told me to call them so they could fix. They have my number, if they want to fix, they can call me. But, I sure hope they do not.

The outfit who said they would be here between 4 and 6 today were here at 4:07. They were completely done at 4:45 and charged me less than they estimated originally.

Whew. I already wrote their review. I was sorry I didn't have more stars to give.
