susandennisI have Progressive car/home insurance. I got the bill for $525 for condo insurance due in a few weeks. $500 deductible, full value replacement, $75k for possessions. I was annoyed that I could not make changes online - I had to call. So I did.
I got the telephone tree but then Lynn answered. I explained that I had an empty condo that I needed minimum coverage on with the highest deductible possible. She made a couple of excellent suggestions. And the deed was done in less than 10 mins.
I just paid the bill. $228. I'll take it!!
