On further examination, I fucked myself up

spiffikins led me to figure out why I was/am so pissed. I sent an email to the health director asking the process required to engage physical therapy. She did NOT answer my question. Instead she contacted the physical therapy people who immediately started their process. I did not ask them what the process entailed.

I also don't think they are the sharpest knives in the block either. I asked the person I've been dealing with how much it would cost without insurance and her answer was... "well, that's through Timber Ridge, so you'd have to ask them how much, but I do know we have private clients." ????? You provide the service and cannot tell me the price? Interesting. I did not ask who, at Timber Ridge, to contact because I was too near the end of my rope.

I have decided to accept that I fucked up. I will see how the evaluation goes tomorrow. And decide then what/if I want to do anything more.

Lesson learned.

At least I have delicious lamb chops ordered for dinner.
