Done deal, I guess
Jan. 15th, 2024 01:13 pmSo this morning, Bret told me that the jerks down the hall had put their unit up for sale. He didn't mention that he was the listing agent which is kind of weird since one of the couple selling is a home real estate agent. They were a mis fit from the get go. Both of them. Assholes with attitude.
They bought in 2019 and poured a ton of $$ into their unit. It is bigger than mine by 300 square feet and has two full baths. And two parking spaces but $950,000???? Oh well, makes mine look like a bargain. BUT, wait, mine is off the market! Well, Bret wasted no time there. Ha.

Date: 2024-01-16 01:09 am (UTC)Waiting really seems like a great plan, since it can be done - with interest rates so high, a lot of people are just holding tight - they don't want to give up a mortgage rate of under 5% to buy something at 6-7% if they can wait. Interest rates are supposed to be coming down in a few months. (boo! as someone who isn't paying any, but wants to *earn* interest, I am enjoying the higher rates, LOL)
