susandennisI finally got the lawyer complaint form off the Oklahoma Bar Association website and filled it out. I sent it to SamTheFriend and asked him what he thought and if he'd ask his nephew if it was an effort worth perusing. It was a pain in the ass to do but at least now I no longer have it on my todo list.
Bret called to say his insurance adjuster never did show up but he got an email from the insurance people advising him to forward his temporary housing lease for approval. So he got a generic one and sent it to me to sign. So now I'm a landlord. Not a slum lord, tho.
Having read that through and dug through the bar association site, I'm now happy I'm not a lawyer.
Joan finally brought out her Alaska puzzle and I got it started. She really can be so annoying and whiny. I work hard not to react but I did finally tell her after she spent a tirade bitching about the puzzle that I'm making a new rule. IF you pick the puzzle, you are not allowed to bitch about it. At least not the first day. Geesh. She just likes to hear herself bitch.
I have been starving all day and eating all day. I need that freakin' pool opened!!
I think I'm going to make a sandwich out of the rest of the roast beef I got from Safeway last week. And then watch TV and knit.
The air deflector with its new magnets is working great.
