One new thing

susandennisWhen the pool is open, on non-volleyball days, I get up, feed the cats, have coffee, swim, have breakfast and then start my day. On volleyball days, I play volleyball, have breakfast and then start my day.
Erica (the head of the fitness department) sent an email yesterday that there would be no volleyball today. This is the first of these that she has sent - volleyball specific - so I'm hoping that it means we are close to getting - volleyball is back on! one maybe tomorrow.
BUT, regardless, I am going to resume walking to the pool every day before breakfast. The walk is not a really long one, but it's not a hold-the-door-I'll-be-right-back one either. Enough for me to stretch and move. And it's cool and solitary. Plus I can check on progress. I know that the pool is more clear this morning than it was on Monday so that's something. The robot pool cleaner was hard at work.
I started watching Prime Suspect on Peacock last night. It's a show that NBC had for one season semi-copying the UK version only set in the U S and different. While I remember none of the specifics, I do remember that I liked the show and the actors so now I can watch it all again as if it's new to me. Ha!
I've been thinking about maybe going to the Seattle Goodwill store. Or maybe going to the Redmond Goodwill which is closer by half. Just for a look around. I have a short list of things I want but nothing critical. I might and I might not.
