I did the South Ridge elbow run just now and scored some more and then decided to turn one back in. I ran into Myrna on the way back and she approved my choices.

I told her I got the 2 1,000 piecers for me. And I promised not to hog the puzzle table with them. "It's ok. I've learned to be patient with you." she said. hmmmmm ok.

I did see on several boxes as I looked through all the puzzles that they were bragging about 'pre-cut pieces'. Is that opposed to cut it yourself puzzles? When I first saw a store in the chain Wallpaper to Go, I laughed for hours. Isn't all wallpaper to go? Like anyone wants to buy wallpaper to use there in the store?

And now, for the rest of the story: "It's ok. I've learned to be patient with you." she said.

I'm still laughing.

What I've learned from all those home renovation shows that are shown here on TLC (and that I've stopped watching because I can never comprehend why two people need a huge house and five bathrooms and even more bedrooms just in case the relatives come over - who cleans those damm rooms?) is that there are stores where you can get custom made wallpaper, printed just for you, sometimes after your own designs, and you have to specially order that and pick it up later. So far, like you, I had only known about "wallpaper to go". I'm too old for all that fancy stuff.

Hi Susan,
I am enjoying the goings on at the cult. I too have just finished a puzzle and I am very proud of this accomplishment, as the box says 2 to 4 years. Made ya smile.

Tell Myrna it could be worse! I bought a puzzle from a museum gift shop once and it had 5,000 pieces. I literally couldn't get any further than the edges (and even that was difficult). I gave it away in the end so now it's torturing someone else. Imagine spreading all those pieces out in the elbow!

I don't recall the exact size of the largest one I've done, but I didn't have a table large enough, so built it on a clean floor. My cat of the time would occasionaly pick up a piece in her mouth and carry it into the bedroom, so I learned to keep the door to the puzzle room closed.

Cats and puzzles definitely do not mix! Of course, they would disagree:).
