better better

susandennisMy leg is better. Not way better but better. I even went out in the car and was very careful and didn't hurt it. (Getting in and out tweaks something that then gets raging mad when I use the pedals. Today I didn't tweak so no one got mad.)
I went out at 11:30 to do puzzle for an hour. Myrna joined me after a bit and we finished it at 1:30. By that time it was house cleaner time. So I went up to the 7th floor to shelf hunt. Those people are not into their shelves. Most had nothing. Stark.
But, one had a perfectly lovely collection of little heart boxes!
They saved the floor's rep.
Then my Amazon delivery arrived. I ordered two pairs of Sketchers. A different style - one with built in arch support. I ordered two sizes. I went to the elbow because the house cleaner wasn't nearly finished and I tried them on. Nope and Nope. They looked nice but were not even close to comfortable. And they were $95! So I did the return thing and went and got my car keys and took them to UPS! I started to stop at Target on the way home to get more like these and decided I wanted to do some research.
What I discovered is that the ones I got that fit so well and look so nice are Target only. No prob. They have them in black (for dress up) so I got a pair. $55 including the arch support insole (yeah I could use one insole for both and I might take the extra one back - we'll see). They will be here next week.
The Mariners finally published their spring training TV broadcast schedule. Not that many - weekends only. I think maybe I'll just radio them and save a month of VeryExpensiveAndStupidFuboTV.
Now the house is clean and all is good. I think it's time for some more Mr and Mrs Smith.
