It's a lovely quiet Sunday morning. Biggie is in my lap which makes typing this a bit of a struggle but worth it. I'm going to kick him out when I'm done with this so I can get dressed and make the bed and clean up the kitchen from breakfast.

There was not a soul in the gym (which has windows that look over the pool) or the pool this morning which was unusual. Usually there's at least one or two folks on the treadmills but nobody today. I got down there about 6:30 and by the time I left about 7:15, it was getting daylight out. The sun glares in through the windows early in the mornings. I need to remember to lower the blinds pretty soon.

I ended up the food billing month yesterday exactly at $0. I felt pretty accomplished. Last night's dinner had huge portions so I have dinner tonight all ready to heat up. And a new $400 starting today.

Julio is getting braver as he gets older. Biggie's been sleeping in the closet at night and Julio's been sleeping with me. And just now he climbed up to join Biggie in my lap. He'll be 2 in March and and Biggie will be FIVE!!



Now I've got an even bigger catectomy needed to get dressed. I couldn't even reach my phone to take the photo. I had to use the laptop's selfie cam. So... I captured a selfie!

And how did the big bake sale go the other day?

The bake sale was kind of a bust for the operators. Lots of goods left over. BUT it was great for me. I got three different kinds of very delicious home made cookies!
