I actually slept better than I have been sleeping on my soon to be ex-mattress. And slept too late to get in a good swim. But now has-been has been stripped and the bed clothes are being washed to get ready for their new mattress which is being delivered between 8:15 and 10:15 this morning!

I just paid one half of the real estate taxes. Up $300 from last year - $2,600. Ugh. At least it's the last payment, I hope I hope I hope. The next one, due in October will be, I hope, someone else's bill. And dear King County web person... do not disable pasting in account info! I am far more likely to get it wrong by having to type in my account and routing info. Plus it just annoys the shit out of me.

I also discovered this morning that last month the electric bill for the condo was paid by me. And by Bret. Ooops. I'll need to get that fixed when this month's bill comes out.

Last night's drinks at Myrna's was fine. The woman who drives me nuts apparently forgot so she wasn't there. Whew. Also they reminded me to dig out my Timber Ridge contract - know where it is and review it every once in a while. Everyone's contract is different, apparently. Good info except... I am pretty sure I tossed my copy. I sent an email to the guy who has the original and asked for another copy.

My brother comes next week and he should have a copy. Also, he will be a very excellent excuse to get out of next Tuesday's drinks!

I think I'd better get dressed now in case I'm first on the Mattress Delivery List.
