Until it sells

susandennisI'm home. My brother is at the airport. The cats are sitting in the chair he used.
His next trip is going to have to wait until the condo sells. So it might be a while. But, there is good news there. Bret was the agent for the couple down the hall who listed their unit just after mine. Their sale closed last week. $950,000. So, hopefully, once his gets fixed and he can put mine back on the market, it will sell, too! Sometime this Summer, hopefully.
We had a great visit. Got lots done. He met friends. It was just fun to have him here.
On the way home from the airport, I stopped at the Goodwill store. It's very much smaller than the Seattle one but nice to wander around. I bought nothing because my 'wants' budget is blown this month which is fine. Next time. Or now I know a trip to the Seattle shop would be worth it.
I put the laundry in before I left for the airport so it's nearly done.
There's a baseball game this afternoon. I might be able to see it on TV, if not, radio will be fine. I have my taxes to get started. Oh and I need to charge up my swimming music player and slap a podcast on there for some variety. Swimming tomorrow.
And back to full on cult life - maybe even a puzzle!
