Kind of as expected

susandennisThe Comcast guy was a PIA as expected. But, no problem canceling, when did I want it done? Today, please. And I want to make sure there is no fee involved. This is when he told me that, yep, $80 plus $10 a month til November. Nope. I told him I'd call him back in October.
So I plugged the modem back in. Nice little fire drill.
Then I called SteveTheLawyer. Ring ring ring - 4,000 rings until finally I get generic voice mail. I left him a message telling him we were really counting on his promise of a distribution today or next week.
As I hung up, I see a text from him!!! He says he's in a client conference and he'll call me later.
PROGRESS!!! At least he's no longer ignoring me.
I replied that if he was going to provide the distribution next week, no need to call, but if not, I'd be very interested in understanding the hold up.
Crickets from the tax lady. I think I'll give her til this afternoon.
