I had an opportunity to eavesdrop in the H&R office. I heard other people talking to clients but more importantly, I heard staff talking to each other. I was struck by how kind and respectful and nice they were to one another. That's got to be a very high pressure joint this time of year and also weird because it's so seasonal. My preparer does not even work the rest of the year - just tax season. And, still, it was lovely all their interactions.

Makes me glad to be giving them business.
