Preparing for Delivery

susandennisUPS still says they will have my new TV here before 7. The tracking page says "preparing for delivery".
A few weeks ago, I got an upgraded Roku stick because my Roku TV was not keeping up with the software and for $30 I could get a tiny bit better screen and upgraded software. The new TV is not a Roku TV BUT at least now I can pull the stick out of this one and plug it into the new one and have the exact same user interface if I want. The new TV uses WebOS. I spent some time trying to noodle out how it works and what I need to make it work for me. Seems simple enough but, if not, I can flip to Roku and carry on. I would have loved to have gotten a not smart TV but I didn't want it bigger than 43 inches and I did very much want OLED and there aren't any of those in the non smart division.
Regardless, I am jazzed to get it today. I need a smaller TV with a better picture. I'm counting on this one.
It's a dark and raining day. My kind of day. If I can't have snow, I'll take this. Thank you.
Tomorrow, I turn 75 years old. It feels pretty milestone-y. Like 16, 21 and 40. My dad did not make it to 76. If I didn't live here, I'd feel ancient but here I'm young and spry. I am amazed to have lived this long. And grateful. I've had an amazing life and am so fortunate to now be here.
There has been some puzzle progress... And there will be more today.
