susandennisLast night, Frank came and got me and we went to Jak's and it was fab. They have this great salad that is always wonderful and I had that and a gynormous pork chop that was just freakin' delicious. It was a fun, nice birthday dinner. Then we came back here where Julio was not at all friendly. Biggie was cordial. Cats.
I showed him my idea for the crochet on the wall and he immediately saw a better plan and then put them up!! And they look amazing.
Today is house cleaner day. I'll probably pop out to drop off some Amazon returns while she cleans and I also need to check on the car's gas situation. I think it's fine but I want to make sure.
And that's the agenda. The puzzle is getting close to finish. It may get done today. It's been such fun to do. And everybody who comes through the elbow is checking on the progress - Oh did you find the rest of Richard? Is Holly done yet? There's a maintenance man who is one of my favorites and yesterday, he came through and peaked and then exclaimed in joy You Finished You!!!
I also need to do some hunting today. The solitaire game I've been playing for years finally found the straw that broke the camel's back. It's been annoying me for some time but today it went over the line. There are plenty of others to chose from. I just need to do the hunting. And it's time for a new book. I have a healthy stack of to reads, I just need to settle on which one is next.
All doable. But, first Biggie says it's time for his snack.
