I finally remembered to use voltaren on my gout. I wish I'd have thought of it days ago. It still looks really angry but it's way easier to walk today.

I watched Jack and Alice (PBS Masterpiece) - all 5 episodes - and it was a lovely way to spend the day.

My friend, Myrna, came home after being gone for a week. Julio came out to greet her and let her give him some good rubs.

Tomorrow will be better. I know it will.
