susandennisToday starts with Yet Another Scan at The Eye Doctor's. I'd love this to be the last one for a while, although it's really painless all around and so far has cost me $0.
This afternoon is a presentation on cochlear implants. Two residents are are going to talk about their experiences with them and, as it happens, I know both of them. Gary plays volleyball with us and Jim lives across the hall. I'm thinking of going just to understand more about their experiences.
My gout still feels like it's getting better but I'm beginning to think that's my hope and not my reality. It woke me up a couple of times last night and this morning still looks like some cartoon toe. But, I can walk. And have two pair of sneakers that it is very comfortable in so no big deal.
My new computer will probably arrive before lunch.
The Mariners play at 5:30.
And in between will be a catch up with Myrna and some puzzling. And a focus on making today not suck one bit.
