The little one is the Hydrochlorothiazide and the big one is the Lisinopril. Both for high blood pressure. The penny's for thoughts.

The majority of people on blood pressure medicine will need 2 or 3 meds to control their hypertension. it's fairly common. Most cardiologists and specialists actually recommend starting on a combination therapy.

IF you're going to be on both of these meds for the long term, Susan, then you might want to ask your doctor for this pill in combination. They make a combination with both of these meds in it.
The good news is that lisinopril is renal-protective. Meaning that it's good for your kidneys. So they're good meds, and ones I use a lot too. Not that I'm the super specialist, but you get the idea.

Dunno if it makes you feel better but I ... at 35 take hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg) and Norvasec (5mg) for blood pressure ....

I'm on Inderal, it's a blood pressure medication, but I'm on it for a side effect that helps migraine activity. I vote with everyone else: Susan, take your meds and feel better.
