Bizzy Day!

susandennisI have 45 mins before my next thing. Volleyball was great - no sun so I got to play my old position. My toe is still achy, tho. And it's been swollen for so long now the skin is blistered. I'm over this! Thankgod for crocs. They are the only shoes I can wear for any length of time.
So last night the stupid LG WebOS was being a royal pain during the baseball game. I'm so tired of seeing that white circle just going round and round. While I was waiting I was thinking Boy, do I miss my old Roku TV. But, wait, I have Roku on this TV! So I flipped to it and dug out the Roku remote and holyfuckme it was heaven. Now, when I click on the game, I get 'from start, resume or watch live' as options. LG does not provide the resume option but, even more fun, there's no waiting with that fucking spinning white circle!! Apps pop up as soon as I click on them. Amazing! So I spent some time (the Mariners were losing anyway) checking settings and setting up the Roku remote to control the TV and then enjoying the rest of the game even tho we were still losing.
I googled about Roku on my particular TV and found, in several subs, that every recommendation is to use Roku or Google Cast instead of that stupid WebOS on my LG TV. DOH! I can't believe it took me a month to figure this out. When my ship comes in, I might even upgrade to the fancy Roku.
I'm very excited now about watching TV except there is little time for it today. I have to go pretend to be an old person this morning. When Myrna found out I was doing it, she decided to do it, too, so at least there will be a fun person in the group. Then, this afternoon, I can be my age but the drill will be way less interesting.
Oh! And the lady with the mother's blanket responded and said she would drop it off today.
Ok now I'd better get dressed. It wouldn't do to be old AND naked.
