A full day

susandennisJoan got back today about the same time her new adjustable bed was delivered and mere minutes before Myrna (who's born the brunt of tending to Joan-ness) would have exploded. The freshly ironed sheets are on the bed and all is well. I guess. I quickly determined they didn't need me for anything - they have a gaggle of people including Joan's giant grandson had half this hallway. I split.
My renter sent the check and the news that it will be a few weeks before he gets a start date from the construction company and so has a clue about how long it will take. I'm beginning to think he'll be there until next year. I'd love to get rid of it but he's paying me enough to cover my costs and then some so I can't complain.
Since I'm still an owner, I guess I'll zoom into another HOA meeting tonight.
Oh I don't have to keep Noelle's book. In fact, she said to pass it on to Hazel when I'm done. Whew.
I'm going to make a stroll out to the elbow now to make sure no one needs anything and all is quiet on the 3rd South front. Then I think I'll settle in for some knitting and TV.
