As much as I don't like the daylight starting so early these days, it is kind of cool to be up, have coffee and breakfast and internetting without turning a single light on. It's a cloudy day today in the mid 60's. In other words, susandennis perfect.
But I'm still not going swimming. The Dry Feet project is still in effect. Today I will walk the floors in this half of the building.
Also still going is the no inhaler project. So far, really, I cannot tell the difference! Because of Humana's fucked up pharmacy, I have, in house, 7 months worth of Spiriva. AND with their program, I am scheduled to get another six months worth at no cost to me. If it turns out that I don't even need it... wild.
I printed out a page of info and photos from Wikipedia that explained the seven dwarfs - the Grimm ones and the Disney ones and put it on Noelle's shelf. In return she brought me a lovely coffee table book on gardens?? I cannot quite read her handwriting on the note and I'm guessing that it's a gift. But, I'll keep it a while and then take it back to her. I suspect she cannot imagine anyone who isn't fascinated by the beauty of gardens.
When I lived in downtown Seattle, most of the stuff I ordered from Amazon arrived that day or the next. 7 days a week. Often, if I ordered before 8 or 9, I had it by lunch. Out here in the burbs, the pace is much slower. With a few rare exceptions, anything ordered on Thursday-Sunday comes on Monday. So Monday turns into Big Amazon Haul Day. In my downtown Seattle heyday, I think I pretty much kept Amazon afloat single handedly. Now, my buying is down about 90% but it goes in spurts the combo of Mondays and spurts means I've got a lot o' shit coming in from Amazon today. So fun!
The realtor is late with his rent check. I'm guessing he's just forgotten. But,it's a little concerning. I don't want to have issues with the man who is living in my house and then set to sell it. ugh.
My hunt for new morning news updates via newsletters has netted some very good options. I got about six this morning and so far have only voted one off the island.
ooops forgot to hit Post - now it's tomorrow
