Temperature

susandennisThe temperature is so weird around here. I put a little thermometer on my shelf so I could track the hall. So far - since Sunday - it's been as low as 68 degrees and as high as 73. Here, inside my apartment, I've done the same. I have not touched any controls at all or opened a window. It's been as low as 68 and as high as 75. I think that is a pretty big fucking range, myself. Seems like 1. if no settings change, then the temp should kind of stay the same and 2. one should have tighter control over the temperature.
Yesterday I discovered my right rear blinker on my car was broken. I had this happen before a year or so ago but I think it was the left rear. Anyway, I hate to drive around with no blinker and sometimes I like to turn right. PLUS the left rear tire needs a closer look. So I sent a text to the repair place asking for an appointment. I'm all set up now for next Wednesday. And I did not have to talk to a soul. That's the way god intended.
Myrna and I killed an hour or so working on the new puzzle. It's a good one.
The Mariner game starts in 20. They play the Yankees and, very weirdly, won the last two games against them. In fact, until the Mariners got there, the Yankees had not lost two games in a row all season. I think the chances of our beating them two are teensy tiny but, hey, their pissed and we're fired up. Should be a fun game.
