The best problem to have

susandennisI have $25.50 left in my food account which must be eaten up by Monday. I won't be here for tomorrow's brunch so that only leaves lunch and dinner on Monday. But really two meals in one day is generally too much. (For instance, today's lunch was caesar chicken salad which was huge and will also be a delicious dinner.) Nong was working in the bistro when we walked by after lunch and he's the best and always up for fun. I told him I needed $12 worth of snickerdoodles. I discovered last week that their snickerdoodles, which are fabulous, are just as good right out of the freezer.
A problem you can solve with a dozen snickerdoodles is a great problem to have. Lunch on Monday will be $12. so I'll still have a snickerdoodle and a banana from the bistro to make it to $0. And then I'll be good for another month.
