Yesterday Frank and I were talking about household chores we liked or not and, turns out, he does not mind emptying the dishwasher which I absolutely hate. "Why?" he asks...

And that led me to think about where shit lives in my kitchen and why. The why is easy. Mostly it's because those idiot unpackers put it there. So today's project is to move that shit around and try a much more dishwasher unloading friendly organization. Not a huge project but a good way to start off the week.

My brother is watching tennis on TV and remembering Mom. She was a life long tennis player and they enjoyed tennis together - watching on TV, playing, discussing.

This weekend, I hit the wrong button on my TV remote and landed on an old episode of Two and A Half Men from the very early seasons. Mom loved that show. At the time, I was appalled. I thought it was misogynistic drivel. She didn't care what I thought. "I love that little kid." I went back to the first season and now I'm hooked. She's right. It's great. The kid is pretty hilarious and some of the dialogue is very clever.

Also I'm watching After The Flood (Britbox) which is very good. It's only 6 episodes so I'm trying to pace myself.

Julio will be two years old on Wednesday.

Watched the first to of After the Flood. It has one character that I'm supposed to dislike, the sister, played by Fay McKeever and she nails the character as well as anyone I've ever seen. I disliked her before the first sentence out of her mouth. She's been in a bunch of other stuff (one of the 20 or so rotating Brit actors) and I really want to find her in something that makes me like her. I suspect she'd be good at that too.
