I made a few backhand shots this morning at volleyball that made my right elbow say 'wtf??' but, then, later, I made a few more and it said nothing. Sometimes knitting or chrocheting annoys it. Once, several years ago, it got really bad and took forever to heal so I'm extra sensitive about making sure it does not get bad again. I plan to baby it to the extreme (except for giving up volleyball or knitting or chrocheting) so, see the issue? Oh well.

I found an interesting series on Apple+ yesterday - Little America. It's based-on-true-stories episodes about people who come from other countries and find success or not. I've only watched two episodes so far but will be getting back to it today.

Myrna left a birthday card for Julio on my shelf yesterday. Cracked me up. Julio was ungrateful.

Myrna and Hazel and John and I were heading into lunch yesterday when Ingrid stopped and invited herself to join us. It was rough. I finally decided that one of the issues that makes her so difficult to be around is that she has no manners - shows not the tiniest bit of common courtesy. She was very rude to the server and passed up many opportunities to say thank you.

I, on the other hand, got high marks for restraint. She left earlier than we did so we all had a collective sigh of relief. Myrna and Hazel complimented me on my restraint. "I could feel you holding back and you did well." I really do try and make allowances because clearly she has major issues but I fail mostly.

I might go run some errands today. I have an order coming from Amazon that I am sure will need to be returned so I'll wait until after the mail arrives and if it's too late, I'll just squeeze it in tomorrow or this weekend.

Time now to get dressed and do some chores.

Repetitive use injury shows up for me in my elbow. Pickleball exacerbated it and I could tell I was going to have problems. I got a strap and put it on just below the elbow while I was pickling. This is what I got: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09Q8PNYHB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

But any version that adds a bit of compression just below the elbow makes a huge diff. Supports that tendon.
