susandennisAnother cloudy day which would have enabled me to play my favorite spot on the volleyball court (which gets direct sunlight on non cloudy days) but, the pool is closed. Sigh. On the up side, I slept in! And this time with no digestion issues.
So here I am, breakfasted and internetted on a lovely cloudy day sitting at my window watching the maintenance guys take down all the tables and chairs from last night's floor party on the terrace and re-arrange it for casual enjoyment.
Over feed (or maybe sufficiently feeding) Biggie worked again. He's now enjoying his post breakfast nap in his basket without crawling all over me and my laptop first.
Late afternoon yesterday, I went to check on Myrna. Turns out, not only had they done the car hand off but had gone to the DMV and transferred the title which was not a small thing since the car was in the name of her and her husband (now dead). It turned out to require two trips to the DVM and a lot of waiting and she was exhausted but grateful to have it all done and dusted. She was in good spirits and happy to tell me all the details.
The next two days will be busy but not today. Today there is not even a baseball game. The current puzzle is near completion and it has been a very fun one. And there is knitting and TV and whatever else happens.
