Better aftermath

susandennisMyrna was just here. Her daughter and son-in-law are staying in one of the guest apartments until Friday. This afternoon they were contacted by the Plant Director, Anthony, and 'asked' to move out. They need to move the assisted living people who are now homeless into those rooms. According to Myrna Anthony offered them anything and everything. Timber Ridge will find them a hotel room and pay for it and reimburse them for any gas they use going between here and there.
And then, just now (4:45 pm), this email came in from Heather - CEO.
Dear Residents, Last night, a number of South Ridge apartments were impacted by the sprinkler system responding to a small fire. Management has been contact with the residents who experienced water damage and has secured alternate accommodations for them. Restoration is already underway. More details have been provided in a memo that will be put in your inhouse mail cubbies shortly. Please feel free to contact me with questions.
I'm impressed with both of these moves. I particularly like Heather's response. Email with headlines and then dets to follow is totally appropriate in my book.
