Happy Birthday

susandennisToday is my baby brother's birthday. I did not lay eyes on him until they brought him home from the hospital. But my memory of that is crystal. They put a satin-y baby quilt that was yellow on one side and brown on the other and had scalloped edges. They put it on the floor and put him on it. He was a squirmy little thing in a yellow shirt and brown shorts with suspenders. All the neighbors came in to see. We were to call him Bill. Not Billy. Not William. Not Willie. Bill. But my father was called Bill. So we called the squirmer LittleBabyBill pretty much until he was 12.
Today LittleBabyBill is 71 years old. And rarely wears suspenders.

It's promising to be a big week here. Tomorrow is new phone/watch day. The announcement starts at 10. Initially, I thought it was 10, eastern time and I was bummed because volleyball would eat up the first hour. But then I double checked and it's 10 my time. It's not big deal either way. I can watch it whenever.
Then Friday is my appointment with the new primary care doctor.
And, in between, is whoknowswhat!
I skipped swimming this morning just because. I am going to make a special trip downstairs to check my cubbie for the what happened memo (and to see what the lunch special is). Every day they have an un-pre-announced lunch special. They announce it on a chalk board outside the dining room just before lunch. Sometimes it is amazing (and sometimes it sucks - rarely is it meh).
I have lots of Amazon coming today. I need to stop Amazoning. Especially with the new tech expenditures. Coins are just flying out of here. I did see another condo in my building is pending. That makes 2 with sales pending and 2 with active listings. The roof project should be totally finished and signed off this week or next which, according to my realtor, will make all the difference.
