susandennisOn non volleyball days, if I don't into my suit and out the door right after I get up, my psychological window of swimming opportunity slams shut. This morning there are enough clouds to keep the sun out, so that's not it. I have plenty of time, so that's not it. I feel fine and all systems are go, so that's not it.
I'm just a slug. But, mostly, I'm ok with that.
My Nest cams (susandennis.rocks) flaked on and off yesterday and last night. The rest of the house uses Wyze cams which I really prefer. Wyze keeps making their app better and their cameras are cheap and fine. Nest cams have a stupid app and they are expensive to replace. BUT making the Wyze cams available for public view is a major PIA using several different home brew apps that I don't want to fuck with. Wyze keeps saying they will be making this possible and if/when they do, it's buhbye Nest for sure.
Well. I just got an email from Virginia Mason asking for pre-registration. SOOOOOOOOO much better than scribbling with a crappy pen on a clipboard balanced on my lap while I dig through my cellphone for dets. The form asked all the right questions and was easy to fill out. Nice.
But while filling out the medications I realized that my COQ 10 did not arrive from Amazon on Monday with the rest of the stuff. Weird. I hopped onto Amazon Chat the the bot is sending me a free replacement - they whole interaction took less than 2 mins. Wild and efficient.
This morning's shelf. I had to replace the sign with one that is more legible. One of my volleyball buddies yesterday said "I see you are rotating out your bears." "Oh, no, people take them and I add new ones." He was appalled "People just walk off with them?????!!!!!" I then explained that they were meant to and there was a sign... Clearly I need a better sign. (I'm still not sure I have it good yet - wish I had better hand writing - maybe I should print out one...)
