The TV dilemma redoux and stuff

susandennisSo... once again, I'm second and third guessing my TV choices. Because of the Mariners, I now have Direct TV which is costing me a bundle. For less than half, I can have Hulu, Peacock and Paramount + all with no ads. I could also toss in Max and Netflix, with no ads and still save a lot every month. So that's what I'm going to do.
Now? Why not? Are the Mariners worth another month? I don't think so. I had a special sign up deal that was not even that special but this month the special ended and it's costing me $150 a month. Not worth it. So I killed Direct TV. September 6 will be my last Mariner game on TV. Unless I change my mind. I'll miss Jeopardy a lot.
In January of 2023, I started keeping a One Line A Day Journal. As I add to it at the end of every day, I usually peruse last year. This time last year, I was having real breathing issues and there was a lot of smoke from forest fires. And while I had made an appointment to visit Timber Ridge, I had assumed that 1. If I liked it, it would be a wait of a year or two OR 2. I wouldn't like it. In no way did I think I'd be here today. It's interesting to read and think back.
