susandennisI got the Google Store credit and ordered a Pixel Watch 3. Successfully. $350 for watch. $140 trade in. $230 store credit. I added insurance. They added taxes. My watch will end up costing me $15.
Then I went and canceled my original order. Thankfully, the shipment dates did not change. It could be here as early as the 10th.
New watch/new phone for roughly $600. I'm ok with that.
Joan slipped on her hardwood floor and got a hospital and a rehab stint. She says it's still slippery. She loves to complain and point out the worst in everything so I honestly figured it was another Joanism. But, last Friday, her house cleaner who is also my house cleaner, slipped on Joan's floor and hurt her leg and had to be carted out. Myrna says her floors are slippery, too. Same woman cleans for her. My floors are fine. But I am concerned when my house cleaner gets broken.
She's not back at work, according to Joan, until tomorrow. But, due here today in an hour. I thought about calling her boss and telling her to just blow me off today but Myrna said not to fuck* with the maintenance management and I suspect she is right so I didn't call. *My phrasing, not hers.
We started a new puzzle this morning in the elbow so that's where I'll be at house cleaning time.
