Wanna know how a 92 year old responds to her second text ever??

Myrna's apartment is just off the elbow above the joint. Mine is down the hall near the thumb. I sent the text saying I was going out to puzzle AND also testing her text ding.

I opened my door and turned towards the elbow to see her down there waving like she was on a tarmac bringing in a plane.

Baby steps but she's getting there!

p.s. It's pretty darned handy to have her on text. "I'll be ready in 5." "Any interest in Costco today?" etc.
